Job Summary

Own long-term planning and forecasting for the company, including 5-year strategic reviews and portfolio reviews, and turn financial forecasts into executive-ready insights and recommendations. Build financial models and spend analytics, analyze productivity and efficiency KPIs, and support strategic projects across Corporate Planning. Partner with business stakeholders to update investor relations and board meeting content, and drive reporting improvements and process standardization within Finance.

•Interpret financial forecasts/results and develop insights and recommendations for executive presentation.
•Provide financial modeling, analysis, and support for strategic projects.
•Perform spend analytics and identify actionable insights tied to business understanding.
•Manage and update investor relations and board meeting content, and identify/report key financial metrics and improve Finance processes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 133,500 - 183,500

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Business-related field; Master’s, CPA, or CFA preferred.
•8-12 years of finance/accounting experience with reputable firms.
•Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including dashboards and data visualization.
•Strong analytical skills and financial modeling/reporting ability, with attention to detail.
•Experience implementing finance technology (e.g., Tableau, Big Data) is a plus.
