Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform tax research, tax planning, and tax return preparation, including supporting digital work papers for tax returns and related projects.
  • •Review data input, identify and resolve technical tax issues, and assist in reviewing tax preparation completed by colleagues in Bangalore, India.
  • •Respond to inquiries from the IRS and other taxing authorities.
  • •Identify, research, and assess tax issues and provide information to senior staff members.
  • •Provide on-the-job training to junior staff and assist with other assigned projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Juris Doctorate, or Tax LLM.

  • •Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
