Production Supervisor - 3rd Shift

Lead 3rd-shift production in a food manufacturing environment, overseeing multiple lines to meet quality, productivity, and cost targets. Drive process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives (including root-cause analysis and Kaizen events), coach and develop team members, and ensure sanitation and GMP standards are followed. Enforce safety programs and plant procedures while maintaining production KPI goals and quality/regulatory compliance.
