Key Responsibilities

  • •Own overall program execution and meet cost, schedule, and performance targets while exceeding customer expectations.
  • •Maintain close alignment with mission requirements by managing program requirements with the customer and ensuring engineering efforts stay on objectives.
  • •Orchestrate deployment of Air Defense capabilities by collaborating across engineering, logistics, technical operations, training, and other partners.
  • •Build and sustain a high-trust, outcome-oriented culture across the program team and partners to drive on-time execution.
  • •Develop and deliver contract deliverables, including measures of performance/effectiveness and technical reports, and support user engagement roadmaps.

Salary: USD 151,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Proven ability to understand technical concepts and the software development lifecycle, including risks and challenges, working closely with engineering teams.
  • •Program management experience.
  • •Prior military or national security professional experience.
  • •Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • •Fluent in Mandarin and English, with extensive experience living and/or working in Taiwan.
