Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in adult education, human resources, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •4+ years of experience as a trainer, educator, or learning facilitator.
  • •Experience delivering training to adult learners in professional environments.
  • •Experience supporting training in a technical or engineering environment is preferred.
  • •Strong written and verbal English communication skills and familiarity with digital learning tools and learning management systems (plus).
