Assistant Manager 30 heures

Support the Store Manager in running store operations and leading the team to achieve KPIs and sales objectives. Set daily and weekly sales goals, monitor performance through reporting and action plans, and manage costs, inventory, and administrative tasks. Inspire, train, and develop team members, ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained, and lead the store in the Store Manager’s absence.
