Support the Department/Unit Head in managing existing liabilities products and launching new products. Coordinate stakeholder activities, system changes, and the creation/update of policy and procedure manuals and product programs. Assist with product communication, collateral updates, and frontline query support, while handling complaints and inquiries. Prepare competition scans, yearly product programs, project plans, and monthly MIS reporting to track product achievement and market insights.

•Support the Department/Unit Head in leading and managing product performance and launching new products.
•Represent products in new project enhancements and coordinate among stakeholders (including Sharia, Legal, ITD, ICD, ORM, and Marketing) for smooth functioning of products and processes.
•Coordinate with Marketing on product campaigns and manage product collateral updates (e.g., FAQs, website updates, FAQs/digital marketing).
•Prepare competition scans, yearly-aligned product programs, project plans, and ensure timely implementation of new initiatives.
•Handle product-related complaints and inquiries and provide timely, accurate responses; support frontline on daily business queries and product training.

Key Requirements

•Basic MS Office skills.
•Knowledge of the UAE banking market and competitor product offerings.
•Basics of project management.
•Knowledge of Islamic banking is preferred.
