Call Center Senior Associate

Engage Canada-based customers with high-volume outbound calls to promote telecom plans, upgrades, bundles, and retention offers. Use consultative selling to understand customer needs, recommend tailored solutions, and handle objections while driving conversions and meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate CRM records, follow scripts and process/quality standards, and deliver strong customer experience in a US–Canada night shift, work-from-office setup.
