Key Responsibilities

•Manage the Floor 360° across the four store axes (make-up, skincare, fragrances, Sephora Collection)
•Support Store Manager and Beauty Advisor communications to ensure smooth team operations
•Assist Managers in daily activities and actively contribute to the store's commercial and HR strategy
•Monitor and analyze team KPIs and energize the team to achieve results
•Coordinate commercial and organizational activities (animations, events, new launches, CRM campaigns) and maintain stock per replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies

Key Requirements

•Experience of at least 3/4 years in similar roles (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder), preferably in dynamic multinational Retail contexts
•Knowledge of the main commercial KPIs, comfortable managing budgets, and daily analysis and reporting
•Strong leadership and team-management orientation, guiding the team to achieve objectives and fostering a collaborative spirit
•Dynamism, flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced environment
•Willingness to train New Joiners and support Manager with developing careers in collaboration with the Managers
