Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide administrative support for the Global Head of Public Policy and the Head of EMEA Public Policy, including calendar management and scheduling/meeting notes.
  • •Manage planning, budgeting, and execution of high-profile political and client events, meetings, and executive fly-ins.
  • •Plan and book travel, process expense reports, and provide gatekeeper/telephone support for the leaders and office.
  • •Coordinate and track federal PAC giving efforts and manage global and US head-of-office schedules and administrative reporting.
  • •Support Washington office operations as needed, including visitors/consultants, mail, inventory monitoring, and facilities-related issue intake.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of administrative or professional office experience.
