Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and meet guests’ needs by providing appropriate bar services, making recommendations, and upselling where appropriate.
  • •Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks according to beverage recipes and outlet/theme requirements.
  • •Assess and manage guest needs and recommend wine and food pairings based on the outlet theme or guest requests; where possible, upsell beverages.
  • •Work closely with bartenders serving guests and support them as necessary to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • •Process, register, and settle all drink transactions; set up the bar with appropriate visuals and merchandise, and arrange bottles and glasses for displays.
