Define and own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and execution roadmap for Agentforce Development Lifecycle (ADLC). Lead core product suites spanning AI-assisted development tools, automated agent testing simulations, and secure deployment pipelines. Drive ALM to an autonomous, agent-first paradigm while balancing technical architecture with packaging, commercialization, ecosystem strategy, and people leadership. Partner with Forward Deployed Engineering and enterprise customers using real-world adoption data to iterate and scale globally.

Key Responsibilities

•Craft and evangelize a vision redefining Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) into an autonomous, agent-first paradigm (ADLC).
•Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from inception to global scale, enabling rapid prototyping, simulation testing, experimentation, and self-healing deployment loops.
•Establish field-to-product feedback mechanisms by partnering with Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) teams and strategic enterprise customers.
•Lead, recruit, inspire, and scale a global product management organization and nurture a values-defined, data-driven culture.
•Influence pricing, packaging, commercialization, and business model strategies to accelerate platform adoption and market growth.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 380,000 - 456,000 annually

Key Requirements

•15 to 20+ years of progressive product management and technical leadership experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or cloud platform ecosystems.
•Deep familiarity with ALM/DevOps tools including Git, CI/CD pipelines, and sandbox management.
•Experience building AI-first, LLM, or agentic automation frameworks; self-healing/learning/optimization frameworks are a plus.
•Proven track record leading large organizations (50+ FTEs) in a global, matrixed environment, with mentoring and growth of executive-level product talent.
•Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills to craft narratives for technical and C-suite audiences.
