Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop agentic AI agents and experiences that take real actions for real organizations, in production environments.
  • •Design agent intelligence (prompts, reasoning, tool calls) and integrate with customer systems using the Agentic AI platform.
  • •Own technical components end-to-end, from architecture choice to deployed, validated, and observable production releases.
  • •Build and integrate data pipelines using Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer data platforms, including modeling and validation.
  • •Create performance dashboards and customer KPI reporting to track deployment health and business outcomes, and feed platform insights back to product teams.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience, including at least one production system.
  • •Customer-facing technical delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering).
  • •Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • •Fluency in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
  • •Hands-on LLM and prompt engineering experience, with deep understanding of data modeling, APIs, and integration patterns.
