Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and manage the team backlog, ensuring prioritization aligns with business objectives and value delivery.
  • •Collaborate with Product Management, System Architects, and Agile Team Lead to refine features into well-defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • •Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the Agile team, promoting transparency and shared understanding of goals.
  • •Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap at the team level, ensuring alignment with program and portfolio priorities.
  • •Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (PI Planning, Iteration Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) to provide context and clarity on priorities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • •8+ years of experience in product ownership or product management, with at least 3+ years in an Agile environment.
  • •French: A1 (advanced) and English level C1 (advanced); interacts with international clients.
  • •Experience in development of and/or working with industrial software solutions.
  • •Proven experience working within SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks.
