Senior Licensing Manager, Toys＆Hardlines, Japan

Lead growth for the Japan Hardlines category by building short- and long-term licensing and retail sell-in strategies using NBCUniversal entertainment IP. Manage Japan’s category team and day-to-day relationships with domestic and global licensees, including negotiations, business reviews, forecasting, and ensuring contract obligations. Partner with internal creative and brand teams to deliver quality, commercially viable products aligned to retailer needs.
