Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform technical design, configuration, implementation, integration, and continuous improvement of ServiceNow GRC/IRM and Security Operations solutions.
  • •Translate risk, regulatory, compliance, cybersecurity, incident response, and vulnerability management requirements into secure, scalable, upgrade-safe ServiceNow designs.
  • •Design and deliver AI-powered solutions, intelligent workflows, and reusable accelerators to strengthen the ServiceNow portfolio.
  • •Integrate ServiceNow with SIEM/SOAR platforms, vulnerability scanners, identity/security tools, cloud security solutions, and enterprise applications.
  • •Lead technical workshops, engage senior stakeholders, and mentor teams through technically complex implementations.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, including GRC/IRM and/or Security Operations (SecOps) implementations.
  • •Experience delivering multiple end-to-end enterprise ServiceNow implementations.
  • •Expertise in ServiceNow GRC/IRM (Risk, Compliance, Audit, Operational Risk) and ServiceNow SecOps (Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, Threat Intelligence).
  • •Advanced ServiceNow development/configuration including JavaScript, Glide APIs, REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and Flow Designer, plus CMDB/CSDM and integrations.
  • •Current ServiceNow certifications in CIS - Risk & Compliance, CIS - Security Incident Response, and/or CIS - Vulnerability Response (minimum 3 CIS certifications).
