Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the Pre-Series A close process including investor pipeline, data room, due diligence coordination, and roadshow scheduling.
  • •Build and operate LP communications infrastructure, including quarterly letters, capital call documentation, and NAV reporting.
  • •Develop and maintain the Mintlayer investor data room and narratives for institutional diligence.
  • •Manage the investor CRM and ensure all interactions are tracked to institutional standards.
  • •Prepare investor presentation materials with the Head of Capital Strategy and build relationships with GCC and European institutional networks.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years investor relations, fundraising, or institutional capital markets experience.
  • •Experience managing LP relationships in VC, PE, or digital asset funds.
  • •Exceptional written communication for quarterly LP letters and data room narratives.
  • •Experience building and operating investor data rooms and investor communications infrastructure.
  • •GCC and European institutional investor network experience is preferred.
