Investor Relations Director

Own Mintlayer’s institutional investor relationships by building the IR operating system: investor pipeline for the Pre-Series A close, a well-run data room, due diligence coordination, and roadshow scheduling. Create and manage LP communications infrastructure (quarterly letters, capital call materials, NAV reporting), maintain the investor CRM, and prepare investor presentations. Partner with the Head of Capital Strategy while strengthening GCC and European investor networks and tracking pipeline and sentiment.
