Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle support functions for the client’s financial well-being initiative, including servicing email/voicemail and handling incoming calls and emails.
  • •Manage meeting input and availability in the RPAG system; schedule ad hoc meetings as needed and supervise receipt of meeting summaries.
  • •Support financial professionals by maintaining an ongoing calendar of events and vital information for scheduled appointments.
  • •Produce promotional materials for scheduled events, including email campaigns and flyers.
  • •Coordinate implementation and bi-weekly status calls and provide ongoing oversight of clients’ financial wellness programs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 45,000 - 50,000 annually

  • •Support the delivery and coordination of retirement plan education programs for plan participants.
  • •Coordinate educational meetings, prepare participant materials, and communicate plan benefits and retirement concepts accurately.
  • •Provide client relationship and client experience support for new and/or existing clients.

  • •Financial background preferred and ability to communicate effectively; Spanish is a big plus.
