Medical Safety Manager Complaints Handling

Serve as the primary clinical liaison for Philips post-market surveillance and Medical Safety, performing clinical assessments for complaints alleging injury or death. Determine harm severity and IMDRF coding, contribute to Issue Impact Assessments/HHED, and ensure prompt escalation and resolution. Lead continuous improvement of complaint handling processes, provide regulatory-compliance clinical insights in governance settings, and collaborate across global teams to drive corrective actions.
