Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute client buy and sell orders on Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange and Dubai Financial Market, after verification and order validation, ensuring accurate and timely processing within authorised parameters.
  • •Monitor order status, communicate execution outcomes, and address exceptions through escalation channels to minimise operational risk and support compliant dealing.
  • •Acquire and onboard brokerage and eligible margin trading clients, assessing requirements, coordinating account-opening documentation, and promoting approved margin trading solutions within risk and regulatory parameters.
  • •Develop and service assigned brokerage relationships by understanding client needs, identifying suitable securities/brokerage solutions, and supporting revenue objectives while balancing client suitability and conduct requirements.
  • •Manage client enquiries and coordinate transaction servicing (e.g., account status updates, share transfers, fund transfers), liaising with operations, customer service, and internal teams to resolve issues and escalate exceptions appropriately.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 4 years of experience in securities brokerage, financial markets, or investment services, including client order execution, brokerage relationship management, and client onboarding.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • •Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) – Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI) licensing regime.
