Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and optimize high-volume manufacturing equipment and processes for integrated circuit production.
  • •Conduct tests and measurements to ensure control over critical dimensions and defectivity.
  • •Recommend and implement process modifications to improve production efficiency and manufacturing techniques.
  • •Lead continuous improvement initiatives to meet safety, quality, cost, and productivity goals.
  • •Collaborate with global counterparts to develop, transfer, and align critical equipment and process parameters for factory ramp-ups; manage maintenance, repair, installation, conversion, and qualification.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related fields with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • •Master’s degree with 1+ years of relevant experience.
  • •Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) methods and tools.
  • •Hands-on experience with semiconductor manufacturing equipment, process control, and improvement.
  • •Technical expertise in equipment monitoring, adjustment, and process characterization.
