Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide high standards of customer experience in the Store in accordance with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards.
  • •Achieve or exceed sales, KPIs and profitability targets through effective customer service.
  • •Process sales transactions at checkout securely and quickly.
  • •Maintain the cleanliness, order, and visual merchandising guidelines of the store.
  • •Assist with incoming/outgoing merchandise and manage stock levels and product availability as needed.
