Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the selected 3PL to operate the field service warehouse for your assigned responsibility, including budget and cost-saving initiatives.
  • •Own SLA and KPI management for performance, driving performance improvement and quality improvement activities.
  • •Ensure warehouses stay fit for purpose by translating parts, tools, and packaging handling/storage requirements into logistics facility needs.
  • •Manage assigned budgets for infrastructure projects, including setting up new warehouses or expanding/relocating existing ones.
