Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leader/project manager and customer to understand requirements for on-site installations and repairs by forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing work.
  • •Act as direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing equipment and HVAC systems at customer locations.
  • •Use cutting-edge software/technology and hand tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair HVAC units.
  • •Commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up HVAC systems in a commercial environment.
  • •Maintain safety and enforce standards while tracking and securing company-issued and procured assets; remain flexible for overtime/weekends and occasional overnight stays.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent, typically 5+ years of HVAC experience; technical school/formal training preferred.
  • •Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software and working proficiency with a handheld computer (e.g., smartphone, iPad).
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent traffic violations, including specified offenses, in the previous 3 years.
  • •EPA Certification.
  • •Ability to follow blueprints or engineering specifications to diagnose and repair HVAC units.
