Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General Manager.
  • •Support key operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor and support visual merchandising placement and daily replenishment.
  • •Partner with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities to ensure store operations are maintained and maximized.

Key Requirements

  • •Preferred prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
  • •Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
  • •High energy and upbeat with the ability to integrate fun and work; self-motivated to achieve results individually and as a team.
  • •Ability to lift, push, carry, or otherwise move up to 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks including standing and moving for an entire shift.
  • •Proof of right to live and work in the country from start of employment.
