Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, review, and update the Aerodrome Safety department Training and Competency Requirements Manual.
  • •Review, update, publish, enforce, and monitor training and competency requirements for all stakeholders; participate in safety audits.
  • •Develop and deliver safety training materials and sessions (inductions, familiarization, awareness), including training based on safety trends and root causes.
  • •Manage PLB and VDGS training and records, and handle license/username/password issuance; ensure new contractors are enrolled in airside safety induction.
  • •Conduct training needs/gap analysis, monitor training deliverables and human factors training, and support safety investigations with training-related corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in aviation management, or an equivalent qualification.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience with special focus on aerodrome safety and relevant training programs.
  • •ACI Safety Management Diploma, or equivalent qualification (desirable).
  • •Competence in Aerodrome Safety Management System and certification demonstrating competency in preparing and delivering training programs.
  • •Training in aviation legislation and ICAO Annexes.
