Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide SME-level guidance and senior interface for PERSEC functions supporting the F-35 JPO.
  • •Maintain personnel security files in accordance with DoD and Intelligence Community security regulations.
  • •Update personnel security clearance and access databases, including DISS.
  • •Provide PAR management support and support PARs for international members at the F-35 JPO Headquarters in Crystal City, Virginia.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree, or a Bachelor’s degree plus four years of additional work experience in personnel security.
  • •Minimum 10 years performing PERSEC functions in support of DoD or intelligence community programs, including SAP PAR processing, clearance management, and access database maintenance.
  • •Demonstrated experience with Defense Information System for Security (DISS) and related personnel security systems of record.
  • •Experience managing SAP indoctrination, debriefing, and billet management processes.
  • •Top Secret/SAR/SCI clearance required and US citizenship required.
