Job Summary

Develop and execute quality plans and inspection strategies for heat exchanger and pressure vessel manufacturing. Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, codes, and customer requirements to define inspection and verification points, analyze quality trends, and drive corrective actions. Compile Manufacturer Data Reports (MDRs) and quality documentation packages for customer submission. Support ISO 9001 and ASME Section VIII Div. 1 compliance, investigate nonconformances, and improve procedures and procedures to enhance quality, efficiency, and operational excellence.

Key Requirements

•6+ months of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Quality Planning, or Manufacturing Engineering.
•6+ months of experience in a manufacturing environment with quality systems and inspection processes.
•6+ months of experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
•Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data analysis, and reporting.
•Effective written and verbal communication skills in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
