Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to product vision, strategy, and value proposition for Amex’s digital products and applications.
  • •Understand customer pain points and personas, and articulate the product value proposition.
  • •Conduct market and user research, analyze trends and competition, and identify opportunities to enhance value.
  • •Develop business cases with quantitative and strategic impact and collect/synthesize product data for insights.
  • •Partner with Delivery and Technology to groom, prioritize, and execute the product backlog; drive adoption and measure post-launch impact.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24.05 - 63 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s degree program with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
  • •Experience in the payments industry (plus).
  • •Experience with SQL and/or Hive (plus).
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to distill complex concepts and evaluate opportunities.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present ideas clearly and collaborate across time zones.
