Key Responsibilities

  • •Visit customers (from dentists to hospitals) and diagnose or troubleshoot issues with equipment.
  • •Identify faults, repair or replace components, and ensure the issue is resolved.
  • •Print invoices and complete service documentation at job completion.
  • •Take equipment home in the service vehicle at day’s end, with the site serving as your base.
  • •Begin the day by loading parts and arranging overnight parts in your vehicle to ensure smooth service delivery.
