Job Summary

As a Deal Desk Analyst for Japan, Korea, and Taiwan, you evaluate, structure, and approve commercial quotes, acting as a gatekeeper to mitigate risk, ensure policy compliance, and drive deal velocity. You’ll apply pricing tools and playbooks with cross-functional partners (Finance, Legal, Revenue Operations), maintain data accuracy, and provide data-driven insights to improve quote processes in a high-velocity SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end review and approval workflow for commercial business quotes, ensuring alignment with pricing policies, legal terms, and margin guidelines.
•Partner with Commercial Sales account managers and internal stakeholders to facilitate high-velocity quote generation.
•Structure quotes autonomously with account teams and escalate complex scenarios when needed.
•Apply standard pricing tools, discount matrices, and commercial playbooks to move deals forward quickly.
•Engage with Commercial Sales on complex or non-standard quotes to provide commercial support and suggest viable alternative structures.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of demonstrated experience in quote-to-cash operations, commercial deal desk, sales operations, financial analysis, or a relevant commercial support function.
•Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role.
•Professional proficiency in Japanese and business English are required.
•Strong analytical background with high attention to detail, ensuring quote metrics, discounts, and numbers are always accurate.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, think on your feet amidst transactional ambiguity, and prioritize competing quote requests effectively.
