Key Responsibilities

  • •Process customer orders, quotations, initial order receipts, and order entry for aircraft parts and services, including sourcing escalations and backorders.
  • •Provide requested information on part availability, cost, sourcing, returns, discrepancies, transportation, delivery, and follow-up.
  • •Engage in basic relationship building with customers to encourage confidence and grow the business.
  • •Support technical inquiries using technical documentation and liaise with technical/engineering departments to respond to customers.
  • •Support Sales and Finance debt account reconciliation efforts and perform other assigned duties.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 26 - 33 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Associate’s degree in Business, Sales Administration, or related field (or equivalent education/experience).
  • •2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Experience in the aviation industry or a military support environment is highly desirable.
  • •Intermediate PC literacy, including word processing, spreadsheets, and database skills.
  • •Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and/or Google Suite; basic SAP knowledge preferred.
