Key Responsibilities

•Develop strategic, insight-driven proposals and pitch decks for Beauty & Style advertising partners, ensuring timely delivery and clear value proposition communication.
•Create well-written, visually compelling proposal and presentation materials aligned with marketplace needs and campaign objectives.
•Partner with Sales, Account Strategy, Research, Design, Production, and Editorial to align stakeholders and ensure recommended programs are executable.
•Create and maintain category-specific go-to-market marketing materials and support rollout of new brand-driven opportunities and cross-portfolio initiatives.
•Use audience insights and campaign performance data to inform partnership strategies and support persuasive business storytelling; help package and internally communicate high-value editorial and franchise opportunities.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•4–5 years of relevant experience at a digital publisher, media company, or related organization, focused on pre-sale marketing, advertising marketing, integrated marketing, or brand strategy.
•Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
•Excellent creative writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to develop visually impactful presentations.
•Proficiency in Keynote and PowerPoint.
•Ability to apply audience insights and campaign performance data to inform strategic recommendations, with strong collaboration and communication skills.
