Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct regular analytical audits of human moderation to ensure compliance with data protection and Trust & Safety standards while meeting audit targets.
  • •Perform deep-dives into recurring quality issues using Root Cause Analysis (RCA), identify error patterns, and translate findings into actionable feedback for Operational Guidelines & Standards.
  • •Interpret safety guidelines and validate benchmark data (“golden sets”) to guide enforcement accuracy for complex or high-risk cases.
  • •Lead calibration sessions to ensure consistency across moderation teams and resolve unprecedented edge cases with speed and accuracy.
  • •Leverage AI and QA tools to produce weekly and monthly reports on market accuracy, error trends, and policy gaps; lead or support training rollouts for policy updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven expertise conducting analytical audits, tracking performance targets, and maintaining data integrity in a trust and safety, compliance, or high-volume operational environment.
  • •Strong Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and ownership to identify trend patterns, suggest process optimizations, and reduce error rates while maintaining high-speed moderation.
  • •Deep understanding of content policies and SOPs to make expert judgments on complex or high-risk escalation cases.
  • •Excellent cross-functional communication skills to lead calibration sessions and deliver training aligned to global quality goals.
  • •Fluency in French (required) and English as the primary working language.
