Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee development and delivery of global equity compensation programs, including competitiveness, effectiveness, compliance, and shareholder alignment.
  • •Lead administration of long-term incentive plans, stock purchase plans, special compensation, and executive compensation initiatives.
  • •Partner on equity program design elements such as award vehicles, eligibility, targets, vesting schedules, and terms/conditions.
  • •Provide executive-ready, data-driven analyses and recommendations for senior leaders and Compensation Committee discussions.
  • •Lead equity compensation for acquisitions, including due diligence and equity award conversion execution and communications.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 209,500 - 263,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
  • •At least 7 years of experience in Equity Design and Administration, Executive Compensation, Finance, or a combination.
  • •At least 5 years of people management experience.
  • •At least 3 years of experience with Workday.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Products (e.g., Sheets, Slides).
