•Actively contribute to achieving store objectives (budget and targets) by adapting to strategic changes and new action plans from managers.
•Maintain and organize the store inventory and deliveries, and foster a collaborative team environment.

Key Requirements

•Experience in similar roles (Sales Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant) preferably in multinational retail environments.
•Strong orientation toward customer satisfaction and a dynamic, flexible attitude.
•Ability to offer personalized consultations based on client type and needs.
•Proven team player with empathy, dynamism, and a results-driven mindset.
•Knowledge of key retail KPIs and ability to contribute to store goals.
