Key Responsibilities

•Administer benefits programs by verifying calculations of periodic premium and administrative statements for group insurance policies.
•Process vendor invoices for payment and prepare spreadsheets for accounting.
•Answer routine employee questions and coordinate/escalate with subject matter experts as needed.
•Handle benefit forms and questionnaires, including administering Qualified Medical Child Support Orders and verifying submitted information.
•Facilitate premium payment processes for employees on leave of absence and coordinate retiree enrollments and COBRA subsidy calculations.

Key Requirements

•1-2 years related experience administering benefits programs.
•High School diploma or GED.
