Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead early prototype builds end-to-end with Hardware, Manufacturing, and Test Engineering to mature designs and processes into field-trial-ready units.
  • •Drive DFx (DFM, DFT, DFQ, DFR) by reviewing schematics and layouts and translating NPI findings into stronger product generations.
  • •Perform complex systems debug work, leading root-cause analysis and system repairs to build a technical foundation for future roles.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering and Platform Design teams and support continuous improvement of prototype-to-production execution.
  • •Mentor contract manufacturing (CM) partners to maintain high production quality standards.

Key Requirements

  • •BSEE degree is required; MSEE is strongly desired, with a solid foundation in electrical engineering.
  • •0–5+ years of experience in Hardware, NPI, Sustaining and/or Test Engineering within Networking, AI, GPU, or Computing industries.
  • •Strong system-level debugging and root-cause analysis skills, with proficiency using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
  • •Knowledge of manufacturing standards (IPC, JEDEC) and experience with complex Fab structures (VIPPO, backdrill) plus electro/mechanical systems aptitude.
  • •Ability to travel internationally to Mexico, Malaysia, and Vietnam CM sites.
