Operational Fraud Analyst

Identify and investigate new fraud cases in the operational ecosystem, partnering with local and regional operations teams. Analyze and quantify behavioral patterns to help develop fraud prevention models, and define fraud-monitoring KPIs with Data and Technology teams. Track key metrics, assess risk qualitatively, and collaborate with operational and technical teams to build an end-to-end fraud detection and prevention plan for new products and features.
