Key Responsibilities

  • •Own a vertical end-to-end across outcomes, metrics, and backlog prioritization by value/risk/dependency/priority.
  • •Shape technical design with engineering, including correctness, idempotency/ledgering/reconciliation, rail down behavior, failure/retry/refund paths, and non-functional requirements.
  • •Make and defend trade-offs across correctness, speed, cost, reliability, and UX.
  • •Treat regulated constraints as first-class product inputs (licensing scope, CDD/KYC, sanctions/PEP screening, monitoring, data residency, privacy) and define launch gates.
  • •Apply AI responsibly by defining allowed decision boundaries, human-in-the-loop behavior, and evaluation; ensure AI outputs trace back to real records.

Key Requirements

  • •Own a complex technical product end-to-end with strong judgement under ambiguity and decisiveness under pushback.
  • •Design product requirements with deep technical foundation—system boundaries, data stores, queues/workflows, APIs, and failure modes.
  • •Experience in a regulated/high-consequence domain (e.g., payments, banking, remittance, insurance) or proven fast ramp ability, with money-movement correctness understanding.
  • •Hands-on AI judgement for LLM-based products, defining what AI can decide, evaluation approach, and when humans must stay in the loop.
  • •Comfort reading and challenging technical design docs; can sketch architecture and sequences at a level engineers can trust.
