Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage projects from post-bid to delivery, ensuring on-time completion and adherence to technical specifications and client requirements.
  • •Coordinate with clients, sub-vendors and internal departments to ensure timely delivery and resolve risks.
  • •Review sub-vendor offers and provide delivery recommendations to procurement; raise purchase orders and monitor execution.
  • •Develop engineering deliverables as per project specification and client requirements; identify scope and deliverables and communicate to supporting teams.
  • •Act as single point of contact between Avanceon and client; organize client KOMs and prepare progress reports and meetings.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Engineering (BE / B.TECH) in Mechanical / Chemical from a reputed university with good academic record.
  • •Familiarity in Project management software like MS project, MS-Office and ERP
  • •Experience in handling projects from post order to delivery and coordinating with cross-functional departments
  • •Familiarity with chemical dosing packages, water treatment packages, Oil & Gas skid packages would be preferred; exposure to IEC and ISA symbols
  • •Single point of contact between Avanceon and client; able to arrange client KOM and coordinate with internal team
