Job Summary

Own end-to-end external SEC financial reporting, including preparation, review, and filing of Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, and S-1, plus quarterly investor materials. Drive the quarterly and annual reporting calendar across Accounting, Legal, FP&A, and Investor Relations, lead the earnings release process, and manage disclosure checklists and XBRL review. Improve SEC reporting quality and efficiency through automation, standardization, and compliance with SEC and U.S. GAAP, SOX, and technical accounting updates.

Key Responsibilities

•Own preparation, review, and filing of SEC filings (Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, S-1) and quarterly investor materials.
•Build and drive the quarterly/annual reporting calendar, coordinate cross-functional inputs, and manage deadline accountability.
•Lead the earnings release process, including the quarterly management reporting package and review of financial information and earnings release script.
•Own the disclosure checklist and XBRL review process to improve disclosure quality, clarity, and consistency.
•Improve SEC reporting processes by identifying inefficiencies and driving automation and standardization, while ensuring compliance with SEC/U.S. GAAP and maintaining SOX requirements.

•CPA licensure or active pursuit is preferred.

•Demonstrated record of improving disclosures and reporting processes, not just executing existing processes.
•Strong project management skills to own a calendar, drive cross-team accountability, and manage competing deadlines independently.
