Key Responsibilities

  • •Own preparation, review, and filing of SEC filings (Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, S-1) and quarterly investor materials.
  • •Build and drive the quarterly/annual reporting calendar, coordinate cross-functional inputs, and manage deadline accountability.
  • •Lead the earnings release process, including the quarterly management reporting package and review of financial information and earnings release script.
  • •Own the disclosure checklist and XBRL review process to improve disclosure quality, clarity, and consistency.
  • •Improve SEC reporting processes by identifying inefficiencies and driving automation and standardization, while ensuring compliance with SEC/U.S. GAAP and maintaining SOX requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
  • •CPA licensure or active pursuit is preferred.

  • •Demonstrated record of improving disclosures and reporting processes, not just executing existing processes.
