Job Summary

Lead hands-on R&D innovation for the global ServiceNow portfolio, reporting to the CTO/Portfolio Lead. Drive engineering-led strategy into prototypes, accelerators, integrations, tools, and technical PoCs—especially GenAI and agentic AI capabilities—to create differentiated IP and accelerate time-to-market. Partner across portfolio, value engineering, alliances, and ecosystem teams while defining engineering standards, quality, and lifecycle governance for production-ready assets.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute the R&D strategy aligned to portfolio roadmap, innovation priorities, and future investments.
•Lead engineering design and development of GenAI solutions and agentic AI components, including workflow orchestration and decisioning/knowledge automation.
•Architect and oversee reusable assets such as solution accelerators, reference implementations, technical frameworks, integration templates, and developer tools.
•Lead technical PoCs for ServiceNow modules and AI/platform extensions, validating feasibility before commercialization.
•Define engineering standards (coding, versioning, CI/CD, DevSecOps), ensure quality/security/performance, and maintain lifecycle governance for R&D assets.
