•Elicit, analyze, and document complex business and technical requirements for data integration and reporting initiatives.
•Collaborate with data engineering teams to define, test, and validate ETL processes from EHRs, claims, and clinical systems into the enterprise data warehouse.
•Support data modeling and database design, including primary keys, indexing strategies, and normalization.
•Provide specifications and assist in creating, maintaining, and optimizing SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts used for reporting and analysis.
•Define reporting/dashboard requirements and support data quality governance, testing, UAT, and stakeholder communication to ensure alignment.

•Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau; understanding of RDBMS concepts.
•Knowledge of healthcare operations and data privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA), plus ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance (Active Secret preferred).
