Provide in-branch and phone client service by building and expanding relationships through consultative conversations. Meet client service and individual/branch sales targets by offering deposit, credit, and other product and service solutions, referring more complex needs to internal specialists. Cross-train to perform teller transactions as needed, advise on consumer lending and take loan applications, and follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies while committing to ongoing sales and product training.
