Own Coinbase’s global performance marketing program on the Growth Marketing team, managing hundreds of millions in ad spend across paid search, paid social, and mobile channels. Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end strategy and execution across global paid performance channels to meet new user acquisition and efficiency targets.
•Run a rigorous testing and learning agenda across creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing experiences, turning results into scalable playbooks.
•Partner with Data Science and Analytics to design experiments, incrementality tests, and measurement frameworks linking channel performance to business outcomes.
•Lead relationships with Google, Meta, TikTok, and other platforms to align on betas, measurement approaches, and joint growth plans.
•Build and maintain performance dashboards and reporting by geo, product, and channel; surface insights, risks, and opportunities to leadership.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience across paid search, paid social, and/or mobile user acquisition in-house or agency environments.
•Own large-scale media budgets and deliver measurable improvements in user acquisition efficiency across multiple channels and markets.
•Leverage LLMs, no-code/low-code platforms, and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, n8n, Make, Retool) to prototype AI-driven workflows that accelerate experimentation and scale campaigns.
•Use BI tools (e.g., Looker, Hex, Tableau) and apply an experimentation mindset to build, launch, and interpret tests for data-grounded decisions.
•Execute full-funnel measurement across app and web, including event strategy and SKAN/iOS privacy-aware execution; B2C experience required (fintech or crypto preferred).
