  • •Identify outstanding technical talent before hiring needs arise by partnering with engineering leaders to define what exceptional looks like and locating candidates not reachable through inbound applications or traditional channels.
  • •Map companies, teams, and communities producing top engineers and build targeted strategies to reach them.
  • •Develop and maintain relationships with exceptional technical talent long before a role exists through conversations, referrals, events, and communities.
  • •Expand Plasmidsaurus' reach into engineering communities, open source ecosystems, startup networks, and other places top builders spend time.
  • •Create talent advantages that compound by building scalable sourcing systems, workflows, and AI-assisted research methodologies.
