Key Responsibilities

•Identify outstanding technical talent before hiring needs arise by partnering with engineering leaders to define what exceptional looks like and locating candidates not reachable through inbound applications or traditional channels.
•Map companies, teams, and communities producing top engineers and build targeted strategies to reach them.
•Develop and maintain relationships with exceptional technical talent long before a role exists through conversations, referrals, events, and communities.
•Expand Plasmidsaurus' reach into engineering communities, open source ecosystems, startup networks, and other places top builders spend time.
•Create talent advantages that compound by building scalable sourcing systems, workflows, and AI-assisted research methodologies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 155,000 - 175,000 annually
