Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a key procurement partner for critical capital investments and related indirect spend.
  • •(Re-)shape and implement sourcing strategies for selected indirect goods and service categories.
  • •Lead supplier selection processes, strategic sourcing initiatives, contract negotiations, and commercial discussions.
  • •Build supplier partnerships to drive performance, innovation, value creation, and risk management.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in strategic sourcing, category management, procurement transformation, or a related field.
  • •Expertise in change management, negotiation, stakeholder management, and influencing.
  • •Business acumen balancing cost, risk, sustainability, and supplier performance objectives.
  • •Analytical thinking using data and insights to support decision-making.
  • •Fluency in English and German; French is an advantage; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Procurement, or related discipline (Master’s a plus).
