Key Responsibilities

•Troubleshoot mechanical machine failures by disassembly and inspection of components.
•Use technical documentation to diagnose issues, keep maintenance records for critical/quality-related equipment, and determine root cause to prevent reoccurrence.
•Perform preventive and predictive maintenance tasks, including precision maintenance (alignment checks, mechanical clearance measurements, rotating equipment balancing).
•Execute motor and plant lubrication tasks while maintaining grease quantity and intervals within guidelines.
•Audit and improve the maintenance program, comply with OSHA/state/local codes, and use SAP/CMMS to record/access maintenance information.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of industrial maintenance experience (general first-class maintenance capacity) and completion of a formal maintenance or technology program.
•High school diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of industrial maintenance experience and education).
•Technical training/certification in industrial maintenance-related areas (e.g., industrial math, rigging, welding, pipefitting, machining, lubrication, condition based monitoring).
•Knowledge of common mechanical systems in an industrial manufacturing facility, including experience with conveyors, pumps, pneumatic/hydraulic systems, material handling, or steam/boiler systems.
•Ability to read and understand labels, blueprints, schematics, and instruction manuals, and to complete required pre-employment assessments, background check, and physical/drug screen as applicable.
