Key Responsibilities

•Lead 1- to 7-week planning and strategies to support senior management for longer-term planning and projects.
•Direct and optimize daily inbound/outbound activities with 3PL DC teams to meet customer demand end-to-end.
•Coordinate with Planning and Customs teams to monitor forecasted volumes and vendor declaration performance.
•Plan and allocate resources (people and equipment) with 3PL partners to ensure on-time in-full deliveries.
•Drive continuous improvement of DC SOPs, inventory integrity, and reporting, including audits and safety training.

Key Requirements

•Experience coordinating with 3PL DCs for inbound/outbound activities, including receiving, put away, stock movement, picking, packing, shipping and returns.
•Proven ability to plan 1-7 week strategies and align with senior planning for 8 weeks and beyond, including contracts and projects.
•Strong collaboration with Planning and Customs declaration teams to monitor volumes, forecast priorities, and vendor compliance.
•Experience managing capacity, overtime, and monthly productivity targets to meet customer service levels and KPI goals.
•Inventory management experience including cycle counting and adherence to SOPs with 3PL policies.
